What is Carry?

Carry is a personal task manager in development by Percuno, a one-person software company in Sharjah, UAE. It is being built for four platforms — iOS, Android, web and desktop — and designed for a single person managing their own tasks, with no team features, no assignees and no shared projects. Carry is not yet released; a waitlist is open.

Who is Carry for?

Carry is for one person whose devices don’t match. If you carry an iPhone and work on a Windows laptop, or an Android phone and a Mac, or a Linux desktop and anything at all, the task apps people recommend most are often the ones that don’t run on half your hardware. Carry is being built for all four platforms rather than one ecosystem.

It is also for people who have tried running their personal life inside a team project tool and found it heavier than the job needs. Carry has no assignees and no shared boards because it is for one person.

What platforms will Carry run on?

Four: iOS, Android, web and desktop. All four are planned as first-class, not as a mobile app with a web viewer bolted on. None has been released yet.

Is Carry a team or project management tool?

No. Carry is single-user by design. There are no assignees, no shared projects, no collaborator seats and no plans to add them. If you need to assign work to other people, Carry is the wrong tool and a project management app is the right one.

When will Carry be available?

There is no release date to announce. Carry is in active development by one developer, and no date will be published here until it is real. If you want to know when it ships, the waitlist is the only channel — you’ll get one email when it’s ready to use.

Get told when Carry is ready

One email when Carry is ready to use. That's the whole list — no newsletter, no launch countdown, no sharing your address with anyone else. One email, then you decide.

Frequently asked questions

What is Carry?

Carry is a personal task manager in development for iOS, Android, web and desktop, built by Percuno, a one-person software company in Sharjah, UAE. It is designed for one person rather than a team, and is not yet released.

Is Carry available to download?

Not yet. Carry is in development and has not been released on any platform. Joining the waitlist gets you one email when it is ready to use.

Which devices will Carry support?

iOS, Android, web and desktop.

Is Carry free?

Pricing hasn’t been set. Whatever it turns out to be, people on the waitlist will be told the price in the email that tells them it’s ready — before they are asked to decide anything.

Can I use Carry with my team?

No. Carry is a single-user app by design, with no assignees or shared projects.

Who builds Carry?

Percuno FZE, a one-person software company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. One developer writes all of it.

How is Carry different from Todoist, TickTick or Things?

Carry is narrower on purpose. Things runs only on Apple devices; Todoist and TickTick are broad apps that also serve teams. Carry is being built for four platforms and for one person only, with no team features at all. It is also in development and not yet released, so if you need a task manager today, those are the ones that exist.
