Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at percuno.com. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Scope: this policy describes the website only. Carry and Superset are not publicly released, and neither app has its own privacy disclosure yet. App-specific disclosures must be added here before either product is submitted to the App Store or Google Play.

Who is responsible for your data

Percuno FZE, a free zone establishment registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. The person responsible is the one person at Percuno, reachable at hello@percuno.com.

What data this website collects

Two things, and nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, loads no third-party script, embeds no tracking pixel, runs no advertising, builds no profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites. That is also why there is no cookie-consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Server logs, which are also the analytics

The web server records one line per request: the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string, and a masked version of your IP address — the final part is discarded before the line is written, so the address identifies a network rather than a device or a person. Percuno uses these lines in aggregate to see which pages are read and roughly where readers are. There is no analytics product, no account, and no second company involved.

This is a deliberate trade rather than an omission. Measuring traffic from the server's own log is what makes it possible to have no tracking script at all: nothing runs in your browser, nothing is stored on your device, and the measurement cannot identify you.

Product waitlists

If you submit your email address to the Carry or Superset waitlist, Percuno stores that address, which list you joined, and the date you joined. Nothing else — not your IP address, not your browser. The address is used for one purpose: to send you one email when that product is ready. It is not used for a newsletter or any other mailing, and it is not shared with, sold to or processed by anyone else. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailinghello@percuno.com, and every waitlist email will carry a one-click way to unsubscribe.

Email you send to Percuno

There is no contact form on this site; the contact page publishes an email address instead. If you email Percuno, that message is delivered and stored by MXRoute, the mail provider Percuno uses, and read by the one person at Percuno. Correspondence is kept while it is commercially relevant and then deleted.

Where the data is, and who else touches it

The site and the waitlist run on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, in Helsinki, Finland. Hetzner provides the machine and acts as a processor on Percuno's behalf; waitlist addresses and server logs are stored on that server in Finland. Email is handled by MXRoute as described above. Those two companies are the only third parties that process any data from this website. Percuno does not sell personal data, and has no advertising or analytics partners because it runs neither.

How long data is kept

Your rights

You can ask Percuno what personal data it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@percuno.com and the request will be answered within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If what Percuno does with your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
