Terms of use

These terms apply to the website at percuno.com. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Scope: these are website terms. Carry and Superset are not publicly released and have no end-user licence terms yet; those are separate documents and must exist before either product ships. Client development work is governed by a written agreement for the specific engagement, not by this page.

Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Percuno FZE, a free zone establishment registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. "Percuno" refers to that company. By using this website you accept these terms.

What this website is for

percuno.com is an informational website. It describes Percuno's products and services, and lets you join a product waitlist. It does not sell anything and takes no payment.

Information on this site is not a commitment

Carry and Superset are in development. Descriptions of planned features, platforms and availability are statements of current intent, not promises. They may change or be dropped, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a commitment that a product will ship, ship on a particular date, or work in a particular way.

Waitlists

Joining a waitlist costs nothing and obliges neither side to anything. It means Percuno will email you when that product is available. It does not reserve a place, guarantee access, or entitle you to any particular price. You can ask to be removed at any time. See the privacy policy for how your address is handled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

No warranty

This website is provided as it is. Percuno makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current, and to the extent the law allows, excludes liability for loss arising from use of or reliance on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
